January–March & October–November:
Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. (except public holidays)

April–September:
Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (except public holidays)

Includes admission and lift ticket, a cake of your choice from the cake display, 0.25 l non-alcoholic beverage of your choice, and a table reservation.

Please note that bringing and consuming your own snacks is not permitted in our premises. Drinks and snacks can be purchased at the Donau Shop on the ground floor after your visit.

If you do not wish to choose our offered combinations “Sweet Break”, you are of course welcome to order food and drinks à la carte at the Turm Café. Unfortunately, table reservations cannot be made in advance – seating is allocated on-site based on availability.

1. Registration with ticketing at the ticket counter:
Please register your group in advance by email at welcome@donauturm.at Provide us with the date, time, number of participants, and the group name so we can prepare your visit in the best possible way.

2. Fastlane Tickets – no waiting at the counter:
We recommend purchasing your tickets online in our webshop. This saves time and offers several advantages: no prior registration required, direct access through the turnstile, and simple invoice processing – just select “business” at checkout and enter your school or group name under “company name.”
