Getting to the Danube Tower by Public Transport
The Danube Tower can be reached via the U1 to Alte Donau or Kaisermühlen-VIC, as well as via the U6 to Neue Donau. From there, bus line 20A takes visitors directly to the Donauturm stop.
Getting to the Danube Tower by Sightseeing Bus
The Vienna Sightseeing Blue Line and the Big Bus Vienna Red Line stop directly at the Danube Tower, offering a convenient way to visit the attraction during a city tour through Vienna.
Getting to the Danube Tower by Car & Parking
Exceptions:
- Guests of the Turm Restaurant or Turm Café receive 3 hours of free parking with a minimum spend of €30. The parking validation card is available directly at the restaurant or café upon request.
- For holders of a parking permit for persons with disabilities pursuant to § 29b of the Austrian Road Traffic Act (StVO), parking in the designated disabled parking spaces is free for the duration of the visit. This exception only applies upon presentation of the parking permit and proof of purchase for Donauturm tickets or Immersive Center tickets. The complimentary exit ticket is available at the Front Desk at the end of your visit.
Visitors to the Immersive Center and guests with regular Donauturm admission tickets are not entitled to free parking. The parking rates listed below apply.

The Donauturm car park is open 24 hours a day. The following rates apply:
Parking rates
1 hour: €4.50
Each additional hour: €3.50
Maximum per day or in case of a lost ticket: €35.00
Additional public parking spaces are available within walking distance along Arbeiterstrandbadstraße.
Getting to the Danube Tower by Bicycle
The Danube Tower is located directly in Donaupark and can easily be reached by bicycle. The surrounding area is ideal for leisure and cycling tours along the Danube.
