House rules according to § 27 Vienna Events Act 2020, LGBl. No. 53/2020 (Wr. VG)


1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION


1.1 These house rules apply to the event "Kunstprojekt Rutsche" (hereinafter "event") at the venue Donauturmplatz 1 (hereinafter "venue"), organised by Donauturm Liegenschaftschaftsverwaltungsm.b.H. (hereinafter "organiser" or "organiser") and regulate the rights and obligations of the participating persons (visitors, organisers and their employees or persons and companies commissioned by them) with regard to the slide facility.

1.2 The house rules will be clearly displayed at all entrances/access points to the "Art Project Slide" event.

2. ACCESS CONTROLS


2.1 Use of the slide facility is only possible with a valid admission ticket.
2.2 Access is regulated by means of a valid ticket via a turnstile.
2.3 The supervisors / the organiser(s) are entitled to refuse access to the slide facility to persons who may pose a safety risk (e.g. due to excessive alcohol consumption or the carrying of prohibited or dangerous objects) despite having a valid admission ticket. The same applies to persons who wish to carry objects (e.g. cameras, mobile phones, bags, rucksacks, umbrellas, walking sticks, etc.) into the queuing area.
2.4 In the event of violations of the house rules, the organiser / the supervisors / bodies of the LPD Vienna are entitled to expel the offenders from the venue.


3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND SPECIFIED SLIDING POSITION


3.1 The minimum body height for using the slide is 110cm.
3.2 No objects (e.g. cameras, mobile phones, bags, rucksacks, umbrellas, walking sticks, etc.) may be carried when using the slide.
3.3 The use of the slide facility under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
3.4 The use of the slide facility in swimwear (e.g. swimming trunks, swimming costume or bikini) is prohibited.
3.5 The traffic light system (red/green), in conjunction with sensors placed on the slides, gives the basic clearance for the sliding process. Final authorisation is given by the supervisor.
3.6 Only one person is allowed per slide mat.
3.7 It is not permitted to slow down or stop during the sliding process.
3.8 The slide must be carried out lying down with the feet in the footmuff. In addition, the harness must be held with both hands during the slide, with the arms and elbows held close to the body.
3.9 Once the slide has been completed, the run-out area must be left immediately.


4. BEHAVIOURAL INSTRUCTIONS

4.1 All persons entering the waiting area of the slide facility must behave in such a way that other persons are neither harmed, endangered nor inconvenienced.
4.2 Furthermore, they must behave in such a way that no damage is caused to structures, facilities, equipment or objects.


5. BEHAVIOUR IN THE EVENT OF DANGER


In the event of danger (fire, accidents, etc.), the organiser's supervisors and/or the emergency services (fire brigade 122, police 133, ambulance 144) must be informed immediately: Keep calm and consider your own safety.


6. AUTHORISATION TO GIVE ORDERS


Any orders/instructions (e.g. by announcements via the public address system or megaphones) issued by the executive, the fire brigade and other emergency services of the blue light organisations, the supervisors and the bodies of the City of Vienna, as well as the organiser itself, must be followed immediately and unconditionally by the participating persons. In the event of non-compliance, the person concerned may be expelled from the event venue.


7. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS


7.1 Pursuant to Section 27 (5) of the Vienna Events Act 2020, LGBl. No. 53/2020, persons who do not comply with the provisions of these approved and published house rules are not permitted to remain in the event venue.
7.2 Any violation of these house rules may be penalised by expulsion from the event venue.
7.3 Pursuant to Section 27 (6) of the Vienna Events Act 2020, LGBl. No. 53/2020, it is pointed out that failure to comply with the expulsion order by the supervisory bodies of the Vienna Provincial Police Directorate constitutes an administrative offence.
7.4 Any behaviour relevant under administrative or criminal law will be reported to the competent authorities without exception.


APPROVAL


These house rules have been approved by decision of the Municipal Department 36-V.


INFORMATION ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ORGANISER OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES DURING THE EVENT:

A manager on duty, who is trained in all safety-relevant topics, is on site in the Danube Tower / slide every day during the entire operating time. The manager on duty will be notified to all departments on a weekly basis and will also be clearly visible at all entrances/access points to the "Slide Art Project" event, including a telephone number.
