The Turm Restaurant focuses on fine Austrian cuisine. We attach particular importance to using regional ingredients from the area around the Donauturm. Here you can fully develop your creativity in menu planning and implementation and scale new culinary heights together with us. In addition, we offer our guests in the Turm Café traditional Viennese coffee specialties in an airy, lofty atmosphere that invites you to indulge yourself.
Activities that we would like to entrust to you
- Work in the à la carte area from day one
- Preparation work for lunch and dinner together with the entire team
- Developing dishes and preparing them in collaboration with the head chef
- Taking over your own position in the kitchen with responsibility for its management
- Responsibility for careful goods and quality control
- Compliance with company and legal guidelines (e.g. HACCP)

Skills with which you inspire us
- You have successfully completed your training as a chef (apprenticeship)
- You have already gained some professional experience in the kitchen
- You are extremely interested in the components of Austrian cuisine and would like to explore its many possibilities with us
- You are characterized by a high level of quality awareness and professional competence
- Team spirit is a priority for you and we can count on you
- You keep a cool head, even when things get stressful in the kitchen
- You are prepared to integrate your work flexibly into your life. But don't worry, we'll make sure that your work-life balance doesn't suffer as a result
- You have sufficient knowledge of German

The gross starting salary for this position is €2,800 gross per month. Depending on experience and qualifications, a willingness to pay more is guaranteed! We would be happy to discuss your salary in a personal meeting.
