Eurovision Song Contest 2026
April 29, 2026: To mark the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna in 2026, the Danube Tower is offering a special extra at the tower.
Highlights for visitors
Visitors who book a combined admission and slide ticket via the ivie app by Vienna Tourist Board will receive a 50% discount on admission during ESC week, from 11 to 17 May 2026, as well as a free slide ticket.
Part of Vienna OffStage
In addition, the Danube Tower is part of Vienna OffStage, the official social programme of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026, curated by the Vienna Tourist Board.
Vienna OffStage is the official social programme of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 for delegations and accredited media — and the largest in the history of the competition.
Curated by the Vienna Tourist Board, it offers access to Vienna beyond the stage: over twelve days, the programme features exclusive, free experiences with a local character — from behind-the-scenes insights and cultural encounters to activities with a real wow factor. The aim is to showcase Vienna as an open, creative and vibrant host city, while also creating international content, PR value and lasting memories.
As part of Vienna OffStage, the Danube Tower invites delegations and accredited media to experience Vienna from a new perspective: with free access to the tower, tickets for the Danube Tower Slide and the exclusive “ESC Media Corner”.
ESC Media Corner in the Turm Restaurant
For the first time, an “ESC Media Corner” with two reserved tables will be set up in the Turm Restaurant at a height of 170 metres.
This area can be used for research, brief coordination meetings or conversations.
Wi-Fi, power sockets and USB ports will be available; drinks and a small snack menu will also be provided.
