Eis-Greissler Ice Cream
April 19, 2026: In line with the warmer months, Donauturm Vienna is entering into a collaboration with the well-known ice cream manufacturer Eis-Greissler. A selection of its most popular flavors will soon be available in a dedicated “Eis-Greissler Ice Cream Hut” in the entrance area, further expanding the culinary offering on site.
The ice cream is made from high-quality, natural ingredients and is produced with great artisanal skill at the manufactory in the Bucklige Welt region. Creative flavors and unusual ingredients ensure a truly special taste experience.
“Ice cream is simply part of summer. With Eis-Greissler, we now have a strong partner by our side for our expanded offering. What connects us is the shared goal of creating special moments of enjoyment – whether through culinary delights or the unique atmosphere at the Danube Tower,” says Roman Bauer, Managing Director of Danube Tower Vienna.
“As a Viennese landmark, the Danube Tower offers a unique setting – we are delighted to be represented here with our ice cream and to offer visitors special taste experiences in the midst of nature,” say Andrea and Georg Blochberger, founders and managing directors of Eis-Greissler.
The ice cream hut is open in good weather from 12:00 am to 6:00 pm. It remains closed in bad weather.
