How the Reservation Process Works
Reserve your table online in just a few steps. Once your booking is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the important details for your visit. Please check your reservation details carefully.
To secure the reservation, a credit or debit card is required. A temporary authorization of €1 will be made for verification purposes only and will not be charged.
Admission Tickets Must Be Purchased Separately
A reservation at the Turm Restaurant or for brunch at the Turm Café does not include admission and lift tickets.
Guests with a restaurant or brunch reservation receive a 50% discount on adult, child and young child tickets. The discount does not apply to senior, student or youth tickets or to any other ticket category that is already discounted.
Senior guests should select “Adult Ticket” and not “Senior Ticket” in the online shop.
The discount code must be entered and confirmed in the voucher code field before the order is completed. Check that the discounted price is displayed. The discount cannot be applied or refunded retrospectively.
Changing or cancelling a restaurant or brunch reservation does not affect admission tickets that have already been purchased.

If your plans change, you can modify or cancel your reservation in accordance with our reservation policy.
Free Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are free of charge within the specified time frame. Please refer to our reservation policy for full details.

- Changes to the number of guests are possible
- Modifications can be made via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly
We kindly ask that any changes be communicated as early as possible so that we may offer the table to other guests.
Charges for Late Cancellations or No-Shows
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges in accordance with our reservation policy. Please review the details below before your visit..
In the event of a no-show or a cancellation made less than 48 hours before the reserved date and time, the following fees will apply:
- Adults: €50 per person
- Children (ages 6–14): €25 per person
- Young children (ages 3–5): €11 per person
- Children under 3 years of age: no charge
The same fees apply if reserved seats are not used at the agreed time or if fewer guests arrive than originally confirmed in the reservation.
We appreciate your understanding, as tables that become available at short notice often cannot be reassigned to other guests.
