How Reservations Work
Reservations can be made conveniently online.
Once your booking is completed, you will receive a written reservation confirmation by email. Your reservation only becomes valid once this confirmation has been issued.
To secure the reservation, a credit or debit card is required. A temporary authorization of €1 will be made for verification purposes only and will not be charged.
Changing or Cancelling Your Reservation
If your plans change, you can easily modify or cancel your reservation.
Free Changes and Cancellations
- Free of charge up to 48 hours before your reservation
- Full or partial cancellations are possible
- Changes to the number of guests are possible
- Modifications can be made via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly
We kindly ask that any changes be communicated as early as possible so that we may offer the table to other guests.
Fees for Late Cancellations and No-Shows
To ensure that as many guests as possible have the opportunity to reserve a table, we kindly ask that cancellations are made in advance whenever possible.
In the event of a no-show or a cancellation made less than 48 hours before the reserved date and time, the following fees will apply:
- Adults: €50 per person
- Children (ages 6–14): €25 per person
- Young children (ages 3–5): €11 per person
- Children under 3 years of age: no charge
The same fees apply if reserved seats are not used at the agreed time or if fewer guests arrive than originally confirmed in the reservation.
We appreciate your understanding, as tables that become available at short notice often cannot be reassigned to other guests.

Last-minute cancellations or no-shows often prevent other visitors from securing a table at the Turm Restaurant or for brunch at the Turm Café.

These policies apply to all reservations at the Turm Restaurant and to brunch reservations at the Turm Café.
